The First Premise of The United States of America's Government Is "Laws"

The American government is simple to understand. The entire structure of the United States starts with laws. Every level of the U.S. Government was created by creating “Laws” that the Congress combined with the Senate, The Judicial branch, and Executive Branch (the president) are legal entities representative of the people for the people. Hence, each branch of government exists because it’s a law they exist, and the peoples’ votes are the hiring process.

The founding fathers knew one thing more than anything else, no single person could be trusted to have all the answers for all the problems. They agreed that none of them could be trusted because of personal interests. It’s absolutely amazing how well America’s forefathers knew themselves and each other! They knew that the more people involved in the decision making process, the more likely decisions made would be representative of the people, versus a single individuals interest. Hence, the disdain toward monarchy’s that ruled the world at the time. They didn’t want to screw it up from the beginning. Quite obviously, they got it right when it comes to a workable government structure. Everything in the United States Government is based on laws.

The Next Two Steps Implemented Were Taxes and Spending

Taxes and spending were the areas of most disagreement then and now in the United States of America! This fight is probably what taught each of America’s forefathers why a large body needed to have the say, and they certainly weren’t going to give that power to the president. So, they gave the power of the purse strings to Congress, the largest legislative body of the government that was formed. The decisions Congress made at the time of America’s founding were a universal desire of the people was to have a strong military. During the early years Americans didn’t believe for one second we could trust the British Empire, so as a result taxes were necessary to at minimum build a strong military. During that period America had many enemies known and unknown so a strong military was the only option for survival.

Many might believe the revolution was fought over taxes, but the truth is it was fought over no representation in government. The king of England appointed every government official including the state governors.It was the lack of a representative government for the people that was the issue not the taxes. A modern day example without getting into the politics of it all is Puerto Rico, because they pay U.S. taxes. Although Puerto Rico pays U.S. government taxes they do not have any congress or U.S. Senators to represent them. Let it be said they do benefit from having the U.S. military.

The Greatest Nation On Earth Was Born of Three Primary Tenets

The three tenets of the United States of America were a Democracy the people controlled, laws to protect the democracy, and taxes to pay the bills. The forefathers somehow knew how to keep things simple so that it would be easy to identify threats to democracy. Collecting taxes was not an issue, it was a given. Although they were geniuses they still understood there were some things they would get wrong. So, after creating the U.S. Constitution they allowed for future amendments to it, but could not have made it more difficult to do, by design. They knew the larger the number of citizens involved in the political process the safer American Democracy would remain, because there’s strength in numbers.

The forefathers of the U.S. Constitution were geniuses. They were so ingenious that they knew the greatest threat to the U.S. democracy was themselves. That’s what makes the American forefathers, Hero’s in the strongest sense of the word! just stop and think about how little has changed from their creation considering there has only been a handful of amendments since the U.S. Constitution was originally penned.

The U.S. Constitution is over 240 years old and still standing. When you look around the world almost every country on earth has faced wars with bombings in their streets within the past hundred years. Very few countries on earth have had it as good as Americans do.

Anybody That Follows U.S. Laws and Pays Their Taxes Can Do As They Please

Were the laws leave off, is where capitalism kicks in, free to do as we please to earn money. When something is unjust the U.S. government creates new laws to protect us. That’s how it all started in 1776 and still is in 2022.

Americans enjoy more freedoms in 2022 than any other nation has in history! The primary focus and responsibility of the United States citizens should be to educates ones self before voting. Politics is not that difficult to understand, and It shouldn’t be uncomfortable to talk about. I believe it’s a Patriotic Duty to understand what’s important and what’s not.

Naturally, the United States Government is massive, because we are a massive nation producing more natural resources than any country on earth. Washington DC and State Governments are about only two things, Taxes, and Spending. Understanding government is that simple. So, imagine Washington DC and State Governments are the same as a marriage. A married couple in America’s biggest difficulties come directly from income versus spending.

The bottom line is our forefathers gave us the power to fire and hire our representatives. Because we have the power to vote we must understand who represents America’s best interest, and prevent our elections from being a popularity contest.

Government Is Simple To Understand

To say “Government Is Simple To Understand” is a bold statement to make in 2022, but it’s true. To state the opposite in any fashion is nothing more than propaganda. There’s a bad intent to disengage you if anyone claims that government is complicated. It’s difficult at a minimum to overcome propaganda that has ruled the day for over thirty years in America.

The reality is there are only three parts to our government and most people are aware of all of them. The first is “Laws”, the second is “Income” and the third is “Expenditures”. The first two parts of government are tied together because the laws dictate the taxes.

The third part of the three parts of the government is “who’s going to get the pot of money? The primary fight in Washington DC day in day out for over 240 years is where and how the money is spent.

While the billionaire-owned media is constantly covering all the various hostilities across our great country. In the mean-time the politicians are dividing the money behind the scenes. Let’s be clear that it’s both parties operating in unison about who’s going to get the money. America’s revenue generation is enormous because we have the largest economy in the world. The United States has operated the largest economy globally for over a hundred years, resulting in enormous income from taxes. By law, the revenue generated from taxes has to be spent on government expenditures.

When You Understand How Simple Government Is, Politics Become Less Intimidating

The last thing in the world the billionaires ever want to see in America is the people actively talking about politics. The billionaire class’s control relies on keeping the people fighting in contrast to learning about politics and government. The oligarch’s use their media empiress to keep American’s divided. The media has collectively and intentionally kept the American people divided, and offers zero solutions to remedy problems.

The medias expertise is pinpointing what is going to set someone off. The various billionaire owned networks have turned our politics into a personality contest. When we need accountants and brilliant minds to get the best results, the wealthy installs drunks and idiots to do their bidding from the highest offices.

Personalities effect us emotionally, wheras money and numbers don’t effect us emotionally. If I endear myself to anyone based on likability then I am a staunch defender of them. On the other hand, when talking about budgets and expeditures it’s a more intelectual conversation and not very emotional.

The Perfect Formula For Dividing The American People requires owning the media. Whether you ask Republicans or Democrats, most voters seem to agree that billionaires own all the major media outlets. So, the primary question would be, why do billionaires love media outlets? Of course, the easy answer is to control information. The media the billionaires now own focuses entirely on grievances. Grievances ensure that half the people will like the reporting and half will hate it, and that’s the perfect outcome for the wealthy.

Throughout history, when a tyrant rises to power, they immediately take control of the media. Control of the media equals control of society. Media is the expressway for propaganda, and that’s why the ultra-wealthy have bought all the mainstream media in the United States!

Have you ever noticed how the media focuses almost 100% of their energy on divisive cultural topics and gotcha news reports, with little to no investigative journalism? So why would the billionaires have a vested interest in dividing the people instead of representing the people within their media platforms?

Demonize The U.S. Government Regulations

The only thing that stands in the way of the wealthy is regulations, so the best way to overcome government regulation is to demonize the Government at every turn. But, unfortunately, it’s easy for the media to demonize the government because of a little-known law that exists, “it’s illegal for the Government to defend itself.” The U.S. Government doesn’t have a Public Relations firm.

It’s also impossible for the Government to protect itself when many of our politicians share sentiments that the U.S. Government is diabolical. So, tear down the Government and build up the billionaires; that’s the media’s, and the politician’s mission for the past thirty years. I think the results of the billionaire’s thirty-year propaganda campaign have been successful beyond their wildest imaginations.

Rush Limbaugh opened the eyes of the wealthy by providing the initial propaganda platform for conservatives. Rush Limbaugh had a daily audience that exceeded twenty million listeners which resulted in a personal net worth in excess of a billion dollars. His show has led the way for the wealthy to start gradually accumulating all the media including the major television networks, radio stations, and newspapers. In the early 2000s, the major networks stopped doing investigative journalism. The networks used the newspaper’s investigative journalists to create stories around. Whatever the real journalist uncovers is safe to cover in the mainstream media without biting the hand that feeds them.

The Elimination of Investigative Journalism

The bottom line is we are no longer the beacon for the “Freedom of the Press” like we once were. Instead, America is more like any other country where the media is controlled exclusively by the wealthy. The era of fake news is brought to you by the news. Anything and everything that keeps the American people divided is all we get from mainstream media.

The media never bothers to address that Fox News’s favorite line in all their shows is “Mainstream Media”. Fox News is the mainstream media with an audience larger than all other cable news networks combined. Fox News does their propaganda in plain site so that it can’t possibly be propaganda, right? Wrong, they run Fox News as if they are in charge of the United States. All the media no matter how liberal they might be, are pure capitalists in support of the wealthy because they are wealthy themselves. The mainstream media is always talking about the problem, but rarely if ever talks about the solutions to the problems. The media prefers to talk about who’s to blame for problems versus contributing to a solution.

No matter what anybody says, two people are responsible for a perfect plan to dupe the American people. So the first person rose to fame in the Republican Party (without holding public office) through an ingenious idea? The idea was to Emulate Shock Jock Howard Stern, a billionaire with the highest ratings in radio history. The highest ratings in the history of radio on the AM dial, no less!

Shock Jock, Howard Stern had one rule on his show for callers, “never talk about politics”! Where Howard Stern left off Rush Limbaugh picked up and went on to become the wealthiest man in radio history. The trick Rush Limbaugh learned was the “Shock” part of the show was the easiest way in the world to get free marketing! In addition, Howard Stern always dealt with authority figures directly through his radio show, so you had to listen to his show to get his responses. In other words, Howard Stern was always in control of his environment on his terms only.

Why Pay for Advertising When They Will Give It To You for Free!

Fast forward the clock from Howard Stern and you get Rush Limbaugh coping Strens free marketing formula. Rush Limbaugh gained fame by saying racist, bigoted, misogynist, mean-spirited things that you couldn’t imagine live on air. The key is he never did public interviews with any media, period! Rush grew his audience the same method Stern used, saying outrageous things occasionally and getting millions of dollars in free publicity. Two uniquely different individuals built their audience by getting the people who hated them the most to listen the longest, and that’s a statistical fact! To be clear, I listened to Rush Limbaugh’s show daily while working for over ten years.

Elected Officials Refuse To Enforce Anti-Trust Laws

There are many laws on the books to deal with the billionaire class, but not one of them has been charged with anti-trust since Microsoft’s anti-trust lawsuit brought by the U.S. government in 1998 through 2002. The U.S. Government settled the case against Microsoft. So other than the legal costs, Microsoft wasn’t found guilty of anything, and the beat goes on.

Until we elect politicians that are willing to stand up to the billionaire class the American people can expect things to get much worse than ever before. We need brilliant minds running our government, not alcoholic losers that only care about themselves. That’s what politicians do, go to parties hosted by the lobbyists and drink lots of alcohol, and eat the best food in the world.

Grover Norquist Founder of "The Americans for Tax Reform" Created The Republican Party's "Tax Pledge"

At the “request of President Reagan,” according to its website, Norquist founded Americans for Tax Reform in 1985. ATR is a nonprofit, 501(c)(4) lobbying organization.

ATR did not begin the pledge until the early 1990s. It may have been a joke, but Norquist said in an interview on the Daily Show that he came up with the pledge when he was 12 years old — in seventh grade.

The pledge reads as follows:

“I _____ pledge to the taxpayers of the __________ district, of the state of __________, and to all the people of this state, that I will oppose and vote against any and all efforts to increase taxes.”

The Negative Effects This Pledge Has Had On The American People Can't Be Measured

Although you may have never heard of Grover Norquist, it is a fact that his tax pledge has been the greatest weapon the wealthy have ever had. In the eyes of the elite Republican establishment, Grover Norquist is a god.

It’s nothing less than fascinating how one man could control Washington DC without ever holding public office. His most famous quote is “I want to make government so small you can drown it in a bathtub”.

This is how the tax pledge worked, every Republican candidate running for office or running for re-election had to sign the pledge. Americans for Tax Reform was created by, and operated by Grover Norquist consolidated all the billionaires for funding. The billionaires couldn’t throw money at Americans for Tax Reform fast enough, because they knew they would get a thousand times that in return.

They would then use that funding to primary any candidate that wouldn’t sign the pledge. Every Republican candidate nationwide had to sign the pledge or lose the nomination of their party. Every Republican candidate in every state was being legally blackmailed, and they couldn’t do a thing about it. If you ever wondered why all Republican voters stick together you now know why, they were trained to do so by the wealthy.

Love him or hate him, Grover Norquist is a genius mind. To take political control of the wealthiest nation on earth is no small feat! I believe that very few Americans have ever heard of Grover Norquist, which makes his accomplishments even more amazing! Please don’t be mistaken, I am not a fan of his diabolical ideas. He is just one of many geniuses that rule the planet because all big business has become in America is the harvesting of all the brilliant minds. While they observe us electing idiots to office, they are taking all the money using people with unmeasurable IQs.

We The People Have Allowed The Wealthy To Rule Us!

The wealthy take all the money by rigging the system to their favor a hundred percent of the time. They have reduced taxes on themselves to a pittance. They have wiped out all the competition, and control every aspect of the media and our politicians, and rule our country. The American people have no one to blame but themselves for refusing to vote for people who fight for the people in leui of a popalarity contest that the media is selling.

The wealthy paying their share of taxes is a good idea. Giving the wealthy total control of your country by shrinking the government is a bad idea.

Because big businesses could potentially lose Trillions of dollars in revenue for countless industries worldwide. when the oil industry heard the first public mention of global warming, what they heard was; “Science is going to kill the oil industry,”.

Hence, the biggest most expensive propaganda campaign in history started. This 30-plus-year campaign was worth every penny to the wealthiest Americans. We are talking about a highly successful propaganda campaign that has reaped enormous profits for the billionaire class.

The Only Thing That Stands in the Way of The Billionaires is "The American People"

In 1992 one thing stood in the way for the billionaires, the American people. The American citizens cared greatly about our country and had an innate distrust of big business. Therefore, we trusted our politicians to do the right thing for the most part. Sure, there was corruption in our politics, just like there are bank robbers In society. But, bank robbers didn’t stop the banks from being built, nor did corruption eliminate the need for government. Everything that involves money and power has corruption within the ranks, whether it’s big business, church, or state. But, that doesn’t mean we should throw our hands in the air and not play our part as citizens by voting for the right people.

It’s important to understand for any nation to be prosperous requires a rock-solid Government. Without Government, humanity is doomed! There isn’t another Government on Earth that provides the Freedoms the American people have enjoyed for the past 243 years. That makes the United States the Greatest Nation on Earth!

It seems most would agree that America’s Government is divine by nature, having withstood the test of time. But, here’s where the rubber meets the road because we are the leading Capitalist nation on Earth. The marriage of Democracy to Capitalism is why America is the Greatest Nation On Earth! I love my country, my Government, and capitalism, and so does every other American.

America’s problem in 2022 is due to the most effective propaganda campaign in American history during the past thirty years. When the global warming propaganda campaign started roughly thirty years ago, it had two primary objectives. The first one was ” deny global warming is real, turn it into a scientific hoax. Attack the science at every turn.

The second objective was a long-term goal: to take control of the Government. Guide and direct American politicians through loyal political operatives. Accomplishing the second goal was crucial to achieving the first goal. Obviously, in 2022 thirty years after the fact, we now know the billionaires accomplished their second goal beyond their wildest imagination. Americans are well aware the billionaire class controls our politicians.

How did the billionaires gain control of our government? Taking charge of our politics was very simplistic for the billionaires, they only financially back the candidates that attack the government. Attacking the government they are running for office for became the most effective method in the past thirty-plus years. Fox News, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levine, Grover, Nordquist, Laura Ingraham, and Tucker Carlson have led the way in attacking our American government for the past thirty years. Every single show the aforementioned has done is attack the American government, but at the same time call themselves patriots. None of the talking heads offer solutions to the problems Americans face every day. They all just stay on the attack a hundred percent of the time.

The Only Thing That Can Stop The Billionaires Is The American Voters

One thing stood in the way for the billionaires, the people. The American citizens cared greatly about our country and had an innate distrust of big business.
